The Cheese Lady - Cheese from around the world

We had a great time in Florida.
Lots of sunshine and good visits with family.
Lots of markets and some cheese shops.
And the beautiful beach.

We enjoyed our drive down 77.
The mountain roads were a great change from our usual route.

On our return I managed to pick up a lovely bug,
headeache, cough and all. So I apologize for my slow re-entry.

Tomorrow is John's birthday, SSSHHHHH.
On the Ides of March.

Sunday we'll head down to Chicago to see Nate and Kelly
and to go to the International Housewares Show.
Looking for some new surprises!

This week try Irish cheddar
and our new Irish favorite, Coolea (coo - Lay)
Coolea is a farmhouse cheese made by a Dutchman.
Gouda - like, it is delicious.

And Cashel Blue is back, too.
